We can’t wait to welcome you to our office! Don’t worry about making a coffee stop on the way—we have coffee, water, and snacks ready for you.
If you’re headed north on interstate 285, take exit 38 and turn right onto Lawrenceville Highway. Your first right will be Montreal Rd., where you will see a series of older looking 1-story brick buildings. We are the last of the brick buildings, right next to a dialysis center.
Parking is in a level parking lot right in front of the building and parking is free.
1350 Montreal Rd, Suite 290, Tucker, GA 30084
On your first visit, you’ll meet your Care Coordinator. Our Care Coordinators will help advocate for you: setting up appointments, guiding you through care with us, making sure you know where to go, helping you find the right person to talk to if you have any issues with bills, introductions, or referrals. They will be your central point of contact for our practice.
